EN     Basically, this post wasn't supposed to happen. But thanks to my obsession of pancakes and my ever growing need to try out every one of them out there got in the way. So, the story goes something like this - while refusing to get out of the bed, I scrolled through Instagram discover and bumped onto a picture of dutch baby made by Chrissy Teigens recipe. It looked perfect, sprinkled with confectioners sugar and covered with berries, just the way I like..everything. At that moment I jumped out of the bed and ran to the kitchen to grab my recipe notebook. I had made dutch baby previously, but I had never really had a stunning one, just perfect to share. One was to floury, other was too sweet, the third was just a complete fail. I combined the three and got apparently the perfect proportions of the ingredients. I set  the table while the dutch baby was in the oven and took my camera in hopes getting few decent snaps to share on Instagram later (if you're not a follower already - brigitadambe), but the sun worked with me and the pictures, that were literally taken in three minutes, turned out pretty decent. So here you go! The most easiest, visually appealing and stunning pancake (yes, singular!) that requires just 5 minutes of hands on work now can be made by you! 

Requires just few minutes of hands on work, doesn't call for ingredients that normally wouldn't be in your kitchen already and visually stunning! A safe bet to impress everyone at your table! Recipe for two. 

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp butter
3 large eggs
180 ml milk
70 gr flour
1/4 tsp salt
50 gr sugar
for topping - berries, fruits, powdered sugar

1. Put a pan into the oven and heat the oven to 180°C, just make sure it does not have a handle that could melt. 
2. In a blender mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar for about a minute or two, until foamy and well mixed. 
3. Quickly take out the pan and melt the butter on it. Then pour in the batter and quickly put in the pan into the oven, trying not to loose heat. Bake for 15-17 minutes. 
4. Take out and serve immediately with sprinkle of powder sugar and berries.

Stāsts aptuveni šāds - sestdienas rīts, atsakos līst ārā no gultas un nemitīgi skrullēju Instagram discover sadaļu (diezgan pazīstami, ne?), uzduros bildei ar pasakaini skaistu dutch baby pankūku, kas pagatavota pēc Chrissy Teigen receptes un esmu ārā no gultas, aizskrējusi līdz virtuvei un šķirstu savu recepšu kladīti. Šo pankūku esmu gatavojusi vairākkārt, taču ne reizi tā nav izdevusies uz visiem simts - vai nu par miltainu, vai saldu, vai nu tik ļoti garām, ka labāk neatcerēties. Taču! Veicu labojumus, ņemot vērā iepriekšējo pieredzi, un beidzot, beidzot man izdevās tikt pie ideālajām sastāvdaļu proporcijām. Bet šeit mana veiksme nebeidzas, kamēr pankūka cepās, ātri saklāju galdu un paķēru kameru, cerībā, ka varēšu nobildētu pāris bildes ar kurām padalīties Instagram (ja vēl neseko - brigitadambe). Iznākums sekojošs - saule pazuda tieši uz tām trim minūtēm, kad pankūka bija gatava un nemanot sabildēju tieši tik daudz bilžu, lai ar recepti varētu padalīties jau šodien! Tad nu tā, jau rīt vari pagatavot vienu pasakaini skaistu un gardu dutch baby, tik vien kā 20 minūtēs! Recepte raksta beigās.

Pietiek vien ar pāris minūtēm roku darba, sastāvdaļām, kas atrodas tavā virtuvē faktiski vienmēr, un vizuāli apetetelīgākā pankūka būs gatava! Vari būt droša, ka mājinieki un viesi būs patīkami pārsteigti! Recepte diviem. 

SASTĀVDAĻAS

2 ēdmk sviesta
3 olas
180 ml piena
70 gr miltu
1/4 tjk sāls
50 gr cukura
ogas, augļi, pūdercukurs

1. Cepeškrāsnī ieliek pannu un uzkarsē to līdz 180°C, tikai pārliecinies, ka pannas rokturi ir karstumizturīgi un nesāks kust. 
2. Blenderī sajauc olas, pienu, miltus, sāli un cukuru līdz masa ir putaina, aptuveni minūti.
3. Ātri izņem pannu no cepeškrāsns un tajā izkausē sviestu, tad pannā ielej pankūku masu un ātri liek atpakaļ cepeškrāsnī. Cep aptuveni 15-17 minūtes. 
4. Pankūku izņem no cepeškrāsns, pārkaisa ar pūdercukuru un ogām un nekavējoties pasniedz.
