LV - Romantiskām dienām nevaru iedomāties neko labāku kā mīkstas kūciņas, kas pildītas ar saldo kafijas liķiera garšu un papildinātas ar gaisīgu krēmu. Tie tomēr ir tiramisu glazūrkēksiņi, ko citu no tiem varētu gaidīt? Šie glazūrkēkšiņi būs perfekti baudīšanai divatā, ar tuvākajiem draugiem un ģimeni vai pat vienatnē, jo, ticiet man, dalīties negribās! Recepte turpinājumā (šī ir neiedomājami viegla un ātra).

These are tiramisu cupcakes after all, what else can you expect? These are perfect to be enjoyed with your loved one, your closest friends and family or to be enjoyed by yourself! Read further for the recipe and believe me, this one is an easy one! 



Nepieciešams (aptuveni 15 gab):
125 gr sviesta, istabas t
150 gr cukura
2 gk medus
2 olas, istabas t
180 gr miltu
1 tjk cepamā pulvera
125 ml piena
2 gk bezpiedevu jogurta
15 tjk kafijas liķiera vai amaretto

Krēmam:
200 gr maskarpones siera
160 ml saldā krējuma
1 gk cukura
maza tasīte atdzesēta espresso
1 gk kafijas liķiera vai amaretto

1. Kēksiņu formiņas saliek kēksiņu cepamajā formā un uzsilda cepeškrāsni līdz 175C.
2. Bļodā iesijā miltus un cepamo pulveri.
3. Citā bļodā ar mikseri uzsit sviestu ar cukuru un medu līdz iegūst gaisīgu krēmu. Maisot ar mikseri pa vienai pievieno olas, tad pusi miltu, tad pusi piena un pusi jogurta, tad pievieno atlikušās sastāvdaļas.
4. Masu pilda formiņās un cep cepeškrāsnī 15-20 minūtes. Tad izņem ārā un atdzesē.
5. Sagatavo krēmu - ar rokas mikseri uzsit saldo krējumu līdz iegūst stingru krēmu, tad maisot pievieno maskarponi, atdzesētu espresso un liķieri.
6. Pirms liek krēmu uz kūciņām, katru kūciņu apšļaksta ar tējkaroti liķiera. Krēmam pa virsu uzsijā kakao pulveri.
7. Bauda!

You will need (for aprox. 15 pieces):
125g butter, room t
150g sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 eggs, room t
180g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
125ml milk
2 tbsp yogurt
15 tsp coffee liqueur or amaretto

For cream:
200g mascarpone
175ml whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup of espresso, cooled
1 tbsp coffee liqueur or amaretto

1. Line the muffin mold with muffin tins and preheat oven to 175C.
2. In a bowl sift flour and baking powder.
3. In a another bowl with a mixer beat butter with sugar and honey until light, then add eggs one by one, half of the flour mixture, half of the milk and yogurt while mixing. Then add rest of the ingredients and mix until light and fluffy.
4. Put the dough evenly in muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes. After taking out cool before assembling.
5. Prepare cream - whip the whipping cream with sugar until stiff, while mixing add mascarpone, espresso and liqueur.
6. Before assembling, soak each  muffin with a teaspoon of liqueur and then top with cream and sift with cocoa powder.
7. Enjoy!
