It's officially autumn, so obviously I baked chocolate and pumpkin muffins. That's a no-brainer. And I advise you to do the same, you will have no regrets! So, to make these moist freshly sweet (that's an existing word combo, right?) marble muffins hit the "read more" button and enjoy yourself.

Ingredients:
60 gr butter, softened
80 gr Greek yogurt
100 gr sugar
50 brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
7 oz puree pumpkin (this is about 1 cup or 220 gr)
2 eggs
170 gr white whole wheat flour
40 dark cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 half tsp salt
1 cinnamon (depending on taste)
40 gr buttermilk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line or grease 24 muffin cups.

1. Combine butter and yogurt with electric mixer until completely combined. Mix in sugars and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and pumpkin and mix until well combined. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients. Divide batter equally into two bowls.
3. Into one bowl add cocoa powder and buttermilk, and mix just until combined. In the other bowl, add cinnamon.
4. Scoop a bit of each batter into each muffin cup (totaling about 2/3 of the way full with both batters combined). If desired use a knife/stick to swirl together the chocolate and pumpkin.
5. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool et voila!
