Recepte pēc "read more".
Most of the time I spend cooking (apart from baking), I actually let myself to a full creative freedom contrary to using recipes. Why? Because it's more fun and you are never sure of the end result. And that is actually the reason why only recipes of sweets are widely posted on this blog - I don't use scales and units other than pinch of this, pinch of that, this could be good, this needs more color and so on when cooking anything else like soups, meat or vegetable dishes. So it is hard to post recipes of mine because I don't know what ingredients are hiding behind ready dishes. But I promise to get better at that, I know I will try just for the sake of it - and this is my first try at it. Follow for the recipe.

Since reading Madaras random fact post over at her blog Call me Maddie where she reveals how her blog started, I have been thinking about reasons why I started this blog in the first place. I simply lacked a place where to express myself, make a white canvas my own. Back then it was all about fun and happy moments captured during various get-togethers with my friends and loved ones. Now it is about my hobbies being improved, main being cooking and partly photography. But beautiful photos and recipes does not a colorful canvas make. So I am getting back to the roots and posting these pictures I shot with my little brother during our walk through the city which will have to double as an outfit post. It was unexpected and most importantly, we had fun doing this.
Man šķiet, ka no malas izskatās, ka to vien daru kā cepu (labi, ēdu) kapkeikus. Bet šī recepte man lika pārdomāt. Pēc otrā kumosa sapratu, ka esmu atklājusi ko līdzīgu paradīzei, bet pēc otrā kapkeika tiku pārliecināta, ka draugs man nav vajadzīgs kamēr vien šis debesu veidojums ir manās rokās. Jā, tieši tā, esmu atradusi savu perfekto kapkeiku recepti (meklējiet tālāk pēc bildēm)!
I think it might seem that all I do is bake (mostly eat) cupcakes 24/7. But that is so not true. To be honest, I think cupcakes are not very innovative dessert wise, because I'm more into, lets be honest, things I have not tried yet. Yes, it is the same story about how everything else is better than things you actually have. But this recipe made me think twice. After second bite I was sure this is a match made in heaven, after second cupcake I was convinced that I do not need a boyfriend as long as I can have this epitome of heaven in my hands. Yes, I think I have found my perfect cupcake recipe coutesy of Cooking Classy. Look for the recipe here: Creme Brulee Cupcake recipe from Cooking Classy.

When Ambrose Bierce said that sweater is a garment worn by child when its mother is feeling chilly he got it 100% right. Because you either wear it when it is too warm or too cold. So what is this mystery with sweaters? Also, shopping in your own closet is way more fun than aimless browsing through online shops, because you actually get to wear something right away (yes, talking bout those long forgotten wedges!).
