You know those lazy weekends when all you wanna do is read books, catch up with series, soak up the sun and just rejuvenate for the upcoming week? Especially on weekends like that cooking is one of those things that can't be a hustle, but something delicious is a part of getting ready for the upcoming Monday, right? Well, I have found a 20 minute solution - pizza on naan! It tastes amazing and ingredients take it to the next level (doesn't prosciutto take everything to the next level?). Also, this is just the beginning, naan as a base offers you so many other recipes for pizzas both with no meat (here, here and here) and with meat (here, here and here), just use your imagination!

You will need:
120 grams goat cheese, softened
2 tablespoons honey
3 small pieces of naan (can be store bought or self made)
2 handfuls of  fresh blueberries
4 to 5 slices thinly shaved prosciutto
3 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine goat cheese and honey.
2. Place the naan on a baking sheet and spread the goat cheese evenly on the naan slices.
3. On top of the goat cheese, add a handful of blueberries. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the naan is toasted and the blueberries softened.
4. Remove from the oven and add prosciutto and thyme to each peace. Et voila! Slice and serve.
