Although I'm really into cooking and it does not matter if it takes ten minutes or more than hour to cook that daily breakfast/dinner or just something new to try, from time to time I also get kinda lazy. But not lazy to a point I won't cook or put an effort in everything I cook or do for that matter.  That being said, I think this is a beautiful and most importantly very tasty breakfast or pre-lunch spread that does not take a lot of your time, while still being with a twist. And what I like the most, you can add any ingredient you like and make it your own, for example, skipping the blueberry chutney or avocado and adding raspberries and strawberries if you want to sweeten up your life. But if you like it more spicy, put those tomatoes in oven and add shredded prosciutto to your spread, you can even add any other kind of meat or fish you want (chicken with cumin powder sounds great). Read more and see what I came up with while playing with this spread, and I'm sorry for using ricotta cheeses everywhere, it was exactly so good.

  4. These are beautiful! What a great idea for both a big brunch party, or even just fresh ideas for weekday breakfasts - and ricotta is amazing on everything.
