First meal of this year was chicken wok. Yes, at 1 AM, right away after New Years Eve fireworks, we, three friends, went to newly opened Wok To Walk, and that is how rest of the year was spent. At times we were spotted there after lectures at uni or starting May, it was the main meal when visiting an awesome place called Biskvīts in Sigulda. And finally I was brave enough to make one with my friend. Read on for recipe.
